How does EDDM® Full Service work?

2. Select In Mailbox Date
This is the estimated time you want your targeted customers to get the cards
3. Choose your routes
Using our route selection tool you will be able to easily choose your targeted customers by seeing their median income, household, age and total addresses in a route.
4. Upload or design your artwork
You can upload your art or use our online designer to design your campaign. See below for the link to our EDDM® Full Service templates
5. Checkout
Easy checkout process and once you checkout we take care of the rest:
- We print your artwork and bundle your order
- We take care of the EDDM® processing and deliver your EDDM® order to USPS®
- USPS® delivers your promotional and marketing material to all the mailboxes in your target area

Which option should you choose to adjust your artwork?
My artwork is print ready: Your design is print-ready and doesn't require any additional change, including layout, file size and format. The file it's ready to be sent directly to production.
My artwork requires adjustment: The design needs some minor adjustments to ensure optimal printing. A maximum of 3 adjustments is allowed, but doesn't include image quality improvements. If further adjustments or changes are required, it's recommended to select another design option.
I need single sided design: This option is ideal if you only need the design on one side of your product. You can also select this option if your product is double-sided but already has one side ready to print.
I need double sided design: If your product can be printed on both sides, this option is perfect. We will include the design on both sides of your product for a complete and professional look.
I need complete design (I have no artwork): Select this option if you need a complete design for your product. This is especially useful if your product requires a lot of information or high resolution images. It’s the right option for products such as Menus or large Advertisements.
